Our standard delivery fees apply to orders for addresses anywhere in Pinellas County. Please note that there may be additional charges for special time requests, rush deliveries, Redelivery/incorrect address. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee exact times. Orders for same delivery must be received before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will be delivered the following day. You can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.
If Recipient is not home Flowers will be left in a safe place by their door, a text and call will be sent to the recipient to notify them of their delivery. We do not offer refunds or replacements on bouquets if we we're given incorrect Delivery Information, i.e phone number, address etc.
